Sobre mí

Mi nombre es Carmen Gloria, también conocida como Goga. Desde pequeña  me sentí  atraída por la creación y el vestir diferente.

Soy licenciada en Artes Visuales y a través del paso del tiempo he ido experimentando con diversos materiales hasta llegar a  la reutilización de telas con las cuales encontré un lenguaje propio donde pude unir mi interés por el arte y la ropa con una técnica que me hace sentido y que me permite expresar lo que hay en mi interior.

Siento que como seres humanos estamos conectados con el Cielo y la Tierra y es esta conexión con los mundos sutiles lo que quiero representar a través de mi arte.

I’m Goga, short name for Carmen Gloria. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been feeling  attracted to creation and dressing differently.

I studied Fine Arts and I ‘ve been experimenting with different materials through the years. However, working with discarded fabrics made me realised that my passion for art and clothes could be unified to develop my own technique, and consequently express my inner world.

As human beings, we are connected to Heaven and Earth. It is this connection between the subtle worlds what I want to represent through my art.
